My fitness journey started 9 years ago when I wanted to "lose 10 pounds". I fell in LOVE with prioritizing my health and feeling AMAZING from the inside out! I competed in bodybuilding for 4 years before giving it up and went back to the basic strategies I've learned on how to nourish my body, and achieve my health and fitness goals without giving up my favorite foods or social life.
